HAUCK STUDIO POLICY

REGISTRATION FEE

A $30.00 mandatory Registration fee will be charged when starting lessons, and at the start of the regular term.

The regular term run from September to the following June.

The summer term runs from July to August. There is no registration fee for the summer term..

 

LESSON RATES AND PAYMENT
30 minutes - $34.33

45 minutes - $51.50

60 minutes - $68.66

Payments are to be made at the first lesson of every month in full. Payments may be made by Cash, Check, or e-Transfer sent to hauckstudio@outlook.com.

Late payments will be subject to a $25.00 fee.
Missed lessons are non-refundable, but make-up lessons may be offered. See 'absences

& cancellations' for more details.

 

ABSENCES & CANCELLATIONS

If either party is unavailable for a lesson, and advises the other prior to payment, no payment will be expected and it will not appear on that months invoice.

If the student is unavailable for a lesson, and it is more than 24 hours in advance. A make up lesson will be offered. See 'make up lessons' for details.

Absences by a student, without 24 hours notice will not be reimbursed and no make-up lesson will be offered.

 

MAKE-UP LESSONS

Make-up lesson availability will be sent out on a weekly basis to students with outstanding make ups.

Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled once they are booked, and will not be reimbursed if the student is absent for any reason.

Ottawa students will only be offered online make-up lessons.

Make-up lessons do not carry over passed the end of a term. Any make-up lessons that have not been scheduled will be considered void. No reimbursement for voided make-up lessons will be offered.

Make-up lessons may only be scheduled while student is taking regular lessons. I.e you may not schedule make-ups in the summertime if you are taking the summer off.
